For Veterans Day 2024, STARFIT YOGA is offering a FREE week of Yoga to Veterans & Service Members to promote relaxation, healing and well-being
Yoga can help manage stress, anxiety, and PTSD by promoting relaxation, mindfulness, and emotional resilience. It also improves physical health, aiding in the recovery of injuries and enhancing mobility, while fostering a sense of community and mental clarity.

Our classes are guided by highly trained instructors that are committed to their practice and looking forward to supporting yours. Prior fitness experience or flexibility is not required, just a willingness to try something new.

Harmony Flow
This class will offer foundational yoga postures to connect breath, movement and intention. Room temperature is about 80 degrees to offer a comfortable atmosphere to ease muscular tension. All levels are welcome and a great option for beginners.
Energy Power Yoga Flow
Revitalize your mind and body in this energizing power yoga sequence that synchronizes yoga postures with breath and movement to lift your mood, torch calories and detox your body. Be ready to move and sweat!
BLiSS - Postures, Breathwork & Mediation
Refresh you mind, body, and spirit with BLISS - a soothing & comprehensive yogic sequence including several limbs of the 8 limbed yogic path (Ashta-anga). Included are physical postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation (dharana & dhyan).
