BLISS - Postures, Breathwork & Meditation

A comprehensive yogic sequence including several limbs of the 8 limbed path (Ashta-anga). Included are gentle strengthening postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation (dharana & dhyan). This combination creates a blissful state as your nervous system is guided into a state of restoration & relaxation.

Chakra Flow Yoga

Chakra Flow is an energizing vinyasa flow class along with breathwork to stimulate and deepen your knowledge of the chakras - the 7 main energy centers of the subtle body. 

Each class focuses on a different chakra. You will learn about the energy center while being guided through a practice to balance that chakra.  

Balancing chakras will reduce stress, increase your enjoyment of life, maintain a focused mind, tap into your will power, and so much more!

Energy Power Flow

Revitalize your mind & body in this energizing sequence that synchronizes postures with breath and movement to lift your mood, torch calories and detox your body. The power yoga sequence includes sun salutations, standing postures, back and ab strengthening, and a cool down with deep stretches and a deep rest. Be ready to move, sweat and tap into your inner power!

Harmony Flow

Melt the physical tension and mental stress with this warm slow flow to harmonize your mind, body and soul. This class will offer foundational yoga postures to connect breath, movement and intention to create stability and strength. All levels are welcome and a great option for beginners.

Invigorate Yoga & HIIT

Uplift your spirits with a HIIT (high intensity interval training) & Yoga Flow set to upbeat music, challenges, and community building. The HIIT portion focuses on strengthening and the yoga sequence will create long and lean muscle through poses that combine breath to movement. Cool down with gentle stretches and a deep rest. You will most definitely break a sweat in this class!

Yoga & HIIT w/ weights

**Bring your preferred set of weights. Class starts with traditional yoga poses & transitions seamlessly into a dynamic strength-focused HIIT segment where we incorporate AMRAP, Tabata, and other circuit training formats using body weight and hand weights. You'll build muscle, boost endurance, and elevate your heart rate. This invigorating portion of class is designed to challenge your limits and leave you feeling strong and energized. To complete your session, we'll guide you through a series of yoga stretches to restore balance and promote relaxation. This final phase ensures you leave the class feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the rest of your day.

Vinyasa Flow

Create mobility and strength as you flow through postures linking breath with core engagement. Each class sequence is unique with opportunities to sample challenging postures and transitions to enhance your strength and mobility.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a gentle, meditative practice focused on gentle yet deep stretching and the release of tension in the body. Unlike more dynamic styles of yoga, Yin yoga involves holding passive poses for extended periods—typically between 3 to 5 minutes. This extended duration allows for a deep stretch that targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia, rather than just the muscles.

  • When dressing for class, opt for something comfortable and easy to move in.

  • Consider bringing a water bottle, towel, and yoga mat. For your convenience we sell/rent these items in the studio.

  • Upon entering the studio, check in at the counter, silence your cell phone and leave it in your cubby along with your shoes and socks. Yoga is done barefoot. The goal is to maintain a balance between effort and ease throughout class. It is possible that you will feel challenged in certain postures. With challenge comes growth, we invite you to breath deep and honor your limits.

  • Studio doors open 20 minutes prior to class start time. Arrive a minimum of 5 minutes prior to class unless it’s your first time, then please arrive 15 minutes prior. Plan to stay for the entire class, leaving early disrupts the flow of class and may disturb other practitioners.

  • As any form of fitness, it is recommended that you practice on an empty stomach and hydrate appropriately.

  • We strive to create a positive experience for all practitioners. We ask for your support in following Studio Etiquette:

    Silence Your Cell Phone and leave it in your cubby. Refrain from cell phone use during class.

    Arrive 5-10 Minutes Prior to Class Start Time to Check in and Set Up Your Mat

    Refrain from Wearing Heavy Perfumes or Scents
